The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to exceed client expectations, and is comfortable working in various settings.

 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of cleaning services, including deep cleaning, laundry, carpet cleaning, and specialized post-construction cleaning.

• Operate cleaning equipment, such as steam mops and vacuums, and handle cleaning solutions safely.

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet the cleaning standards and deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless cleaning experience.

• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including the possibility of weekend and evening assignments.

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within the Grand Rapids area.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic, with a proven track record of punctuality and dependability.

• Exemplary character, showcasing honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude in all interactions and tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
